中国驻墨尔本总领馆启用中国签证在线办理的通知

中国驻墨尔本总领馆将于2025年9月15日正式启用中国签证在线办理，请赴华外交、公务、礼遇类签证申请人访问https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA，届时您在申请上述类别中国签证时可享受在线填表、在线上传申请材料的便利。欢迎访问该网站获取更多信息。

自2025年9月15日起，“中国签证在线填表系统”在中国驻墨尔本总领馆停止使用。

居住在维多利亚州、塔斯马尼亚州、南澳州、西澳洲持普通护照的澳大利亚公民或第三国公民赴华签证申请，将统一由墨尔本中国签证申请服务中心受理。

Notice on Launching the China Online Visa Processing System for Chinese Visa Applicants

China Online Visa Processing System will be officially launched by the Consulate-General of China in Melbourne on September 15, 2025. Applicants for diplomatic, official or courtesy visas could enjoy convenience of filling out the form and uploading application materials online by visiting https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA.

As from September 15, 2025, the current Chinese Online Visa Application (COVA) system will no longer be used at the Chinese Embassy in Australia.

As from September 15, 2025, Chinese visa applicants holding ordinary passports of Australia and the third country in Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, West Australia should submit their visa applications at the Melbourne Chinese Visa Application Service Center.
